This RV repair shop is located in a convenient location, making it easily accessible for customers. The working hours are set from Monday to Friday, which provides a good balance between being available for most people and not being too long. One of the standout features of this business is its exceptional customer service. Multiple reviews mention the owner, Rick, as being very responsive, knowledgeable, and polite. He takes the time to explain everything to his customers, which is a significant advantage, especially for first-time RV owners. The services offered by the shop are top-notch, and Rick is clearly skilled in his work. Many customers have praised his ability to fix complex issues quickly and efficiently. In one instance, a customer even mentioned that Rick was able to fix a problem that another repair shop couldn't.The prices are generally considered to be fair, and customers appreciate the transparency in the billing process. However, it's worth noting that some customers have mentioned that the prices are higher than they expected. One of the minor issues with this shop is that it's not open on weekends, which might be a problem for customers who need emergency repairs on short notice. However, this seems to be the only limitation of the shop.Overall, this RV repair shop is a great option for anyone in need of reliable and skilled service.
