This business location provides a welcoming environment for customers, particularly those in the LGBTQ+ community. The accessibility of the parking lot is also a notable feature. The services offered, such as massages, deep tissue, and hot stone massages, suggest a commitment to quality. However, there is an issue with the navigation of the website being overwhelming for some customers. The positive feedback from clients highlights the expertise of the massage therapist, Cerice, who is described as knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Many clients have praised her ability to target specific areas of pain and leave them feeling relaxed and refreshed. The business has also been praised for its reasonable prices and great value. However, some clients have experienced issues with communication and navigation of the website. One client felt overwhelmed by the amount of information displayed and had trouble navigating the site. Another client had a disappointing experience due to poor communication and felt that their surprise gift was ruined by the therapist texting them instead of the person who booked the appointment.Overall, this business location seems to have a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, but may need to work on improving communication and website navigation to better serve its clients.
