This location, Ridgewood Apartments, appears to be a standard apartment rental agency. The staff, although available, seems to lack interest in resolving client issues. Two clients expressed dissatisfaction with the staff's behavior, with one being pushed off the waiting list and another experiencing poor communication regarding a move-out process. On the other hand, some clients have complained about the general uninviting atmosphere, suggesting that improvements to the apartment complex are necessary. The office staff seems to be the main point of contention, with some clients feeling unheard and others experiencing dismissive behavior. It is unclear if the agency has a robust plan for resolving conflicts or addressing client concerns. While some features like wheelchair accessibility are available, the overall experience for clients appears to be lacking. More than one client has suggested a number of changes to improve the living experience, including adding a pool and repainting the complex. However, it is unclear if the agency takes client feedback seriously or makes efforts to implement meaningful changes. Ultimately, the client experience is largely negative, with many complaining about the quality of service and atmosphere. While the agency has a good pricing score, this alone is not enough to redeem the overall experience.
