The location is easily accessible on N Dale Mabry Hwy Highway in Tampa City, which is a plus. However, the phone number +18139628501 seems to be for a different location or an alternate number. As of now, the business operates under the co-brand Richie's Cleaners, which might cause some confusion.
Quality is the main concern here, as there are multiple complaints about poor services. A reviewer had their suit ruined, with scorched fabric, chemical stains, and a separated liner. This incident was poorly handled by the manager, Gabe, who seemed uncooperative and unprofessional. On the other hand, a different reviewer had a great experience with the same cleaner, where their dress shirts were restored to almost new condition.
Pricing seems to be one of the strong suits of this location, with reviewers praising the discounted rate for first-time customers. However, the issue of a 20% off coupon being denied to a customer because of a specific reason not clearly stated on the coupon has raised some concerns.
There are not many reviews available to assess innovativeness, so it's difficult to form an opinion on this aspect.
