This location is a great place to visit if you need medical attention, especially for urology issues. The staff is very personable and Dr. Roach is exceptional in his practice. He takes the time to explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. His passion for helping his patients is clear, and he's very knowledgeable in his field. Many patients have praised his excellent communication skills, kindness, and professionalism. He's also very honest and forthright, which is a big plus. On the downside, there have been some issues with appointment scheduling, with some patients having to reschedule multiple times due to Dr. Roach's heavy surgery workload. Despite this, his office staff and call center need to make some changes to improve their organization and communication.
