The Ria Money Transfer location at Bravo Supermarket on W Vine St in Kissimmee is convenient for those in need of financial services. The on-site parking and wheelchair-accessible entrance make it easy to access. However, the services provided have been disappointing for some clients. One client had a particularly bad experience with a staff member, Candida, who was unwilling to accept a credit card payment despite the service being advertised as accepting various payment methods. The staff member was also rude and unhelpful, making the experience even more frustrating. Despite the owner's apology and commitment to improving services, this incident has raised concerns about the quality of service at this location. The working hours are standard and may be suitable for those with busy schedules. The parking and accessibility features are a plus, but the inconsistent quality of service may be a turn-off for some.
