The business has a good overall reputation. This location offers a variety of services, including personal loans, money transfers, and accounting services. It's easily accessible, with a wheelchair-friendly parking lot and entrance. The working hours are convenient, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. The business is well-connected, with a strong online presence and multiple contact options, including phone and website. However, there have been some issues with customer service, with some customers reporting difficulty in getting assistance. One customer reported that the cashier was unable to provide adequate service, but the issue was addressed by the owner. The business has a good relationship with its co-brand, Ria Money Transfer. The location's focus on innovation is evident in its use of technology for money transfers. The prices of the services seem competitive.
