This place feels like home. The community is nice, but getting help can be a challenge. Waiting for resolutions can take over a week, and sometimes management seems to lack urgency. Maintenance requests might not get proper attention, and temporary solutions are often provided while waiting for a long time for a complete fix. However, the initial response from the maintenance staff can be prompt and helpful. The location is one of the best parts, with easy access to Disney World, Universal, and other shopping centers. The peaceful atmosphere and playground are a bonus for families. The staff, particularly Jacqueline, can be super friendly and responsive. Communication and support can be inconsistent, making it hard to rely on the community for help when needed.The staff is generally very nice and responsive, making the move-in process smooth. They're always available to help with any issues that arise. The townhouses are beautiful, and the management team is great. William, Leslie, and Jacqueline are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They're very professional and make the rental process easy.The team is amazing, and the move-in process was smooth. They even left a cute little gift for the new tenant. The location is perfect, quiet yet close to everything. Being a Disney annual pass holder, the proximity to the parks is a big plus. The home itself is spacious, and the kitchen is lovely. The fenced-in yard is a great size for plants and pets.
