This office has a great location with modern facilities. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making patients feel at ease. The doctor is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the treatment and aftercare. Unfortunately, there have been some issues with communication and organization. One patient had to wait for over two hours for their appointment, while another was given incorrect medication. Some patients also reported difficulty getting through to the office on the phone. On the other hand, many patients have had excellent experiences with Dr. Membreno and his staff, praising their professionalism and care. The office also has a convenient payment system, accepting NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. Overall, the office has a good reputation, but there is room for improvement in terms of organization and communication. The wheelchair accessibility features are a plus.
