Resourceful Solutions Consulting, Inc. provides a full range of services for businesses and individuals, making them a one-stop-shop for all their financial and tax needs. The staff seems very knowledgeable and experienced in their field, which gives clients a high level of confidence in their abilities. However, the office itself could be improved to make it more inviting for clients. It feels a bit impersonal, and the decor could use some updating. The services they offer are very comprehensive, and they seem to have a strong focus on providing personalized attention to each client. The employees are all very friendly and welcoming, which helps to create a positive atmosphere. However, the website could be more user-friendly and easier to navigate. Resourceful Solutions Consulting, Inc. identifies as both women-owned and Black-owned, which is commendable and reflects positively on the company's values. The fact that the office is wheelchair accessible is also a major plus.
