The Reserve at Temple Terrace is a real estate agency with apartments for rent. Located at Building 8800, Boardwalk Trail Dr Drive, Temple Terrace City, the agency offers various amenities, including on-site parking, free parking lot, pet-friendly services, outdoor space, fitness center, and wheelchair accessibility. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some exceptional individuals like Sissy, Ashley, and Julian providing excellent service. Many residents have praised the cleanliness, modern appliances, and overall quality of the apartments. However, some have experienced issues with maintenance, thin walls, and poor communication from management. One major issue that has been consistently reported is the property management's tendency to change lease terms without consent, charge extra fees, and ignore resident concerns. Some residents have also experienced issues with noise, trash, and pest infestations. It is essential for potential residents to carefully review the lease and ask questions before signing. Despite these issues, the agency has made efforts to improve, and some residents have reported positive experiences with the new management. The Reserve at Temple Terrace is not ideal for everyone, particularly those who value a quiet and private living environment. However, for those who are looking for a affordable and convenient option with modern amenities, it may be worth considering. It is crucial to weigh the pros and cons and do thorough research before making a decision.
