I had a very positive experience with Repairful Appliance. They were very professional and courteous, and the technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. The prices were reasonable, although there was one issue with a high labor cost that was surprising. They were very quick to respond to my requests and kept me informed throughout the process. The quality of the repairs was good, but not exceptional. Overall, I would definitely recommend Repairful Appliance for any appliance repair needs. However, it would be great if they could provide more upfront information about labor costs and prices. The innovativeness of the company was impressive, with a user-friendly website and easy scheduling process. One issue to note is that the company's communication could be improved, with more frequent updates and reminders about appointments.
