This location is a large van and truck rental agency, offering a wide range of tools and equipment for rent. However, some customers have reported issues with the quality of the equipment, including broken-down trucks and missing parts. In one case, a customer rented a moving truck that was not properly inspected, resulting in a breakdown on the road. Another customer experienced difficulty with curbside service and had to wait over 30 minutes to be assisted. On the other hand, some customers have had positive experiences, such as receiving helpful assistance from staff and finding the tools they needed. The location's pricing is generally considered to be competitive, although some customers have reported being charged extra for missing parts. The location's hours of operation are convenient, with extended hours on weekdays and a later closing time on weekends. However, there is a lack of innovativeness in the services offered, with no apparent efforts to stay ahead of the competition or improve the customer experience.Overall, this location is a decent option for those in need of van or truck rentals, but customers should be aware of the potential issues with equipment quality and customer service.
