This location offers a wide range of services, including van and truck rentals, appliance repair, and tool rentals. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some customers praising the manager's efficiency and helpfulness. However, there have been some issues with equipment availability and customer service, including a customer who was told that a tractor was available to rent but had two flat tires. One of the main issues at this location is the quality of the equipment. A customer reported that a gas-powered pressure washer they rented was sluggish and hard to restart, and another customer had trouble with a tractor that had flat tires. Additionally, some customers have reported difficulty getting help from staff, including waiting long periods of time and being sent back to the store multiple times.Despite these issues, the pricing at this location seems to be competitive, with some customers praising the affordability of the rentals. The innovativeness of the services offered is also a strong point, with a wide range of equipment and tools available for rent.Overall, this location seems to have some strengths and weaknesses. While the staff is generally friendly and the pricing is competitive, there have been some issues with equipment quality and customer service. With some improvements in these areas, this location could be a great resource for customers in the area.
