This business location is a great place to rent equipment for various purposes, including construction and home improvement. The staff is friendly and helpful, as evident from the positive reviews. They offer a wide range of equipment, from tools to heavy machinery, which makes it a one-stop-shop for many needs. The pricing is very competitive, making it a good value for the money. However, the quality of the equipment can be inconsistent, as mentioned in some reviews. It seems like the business could improve by offering more innovative solutions, such as online booking systems or more variety in their equipment options. Nevertheless, they have a well-organized store with wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, making it convenient for customers with mobility issues. A notable issue is the inconsistent quality of the equipment, as one customer had a poor experience with a rented snake that did not work properly. Despite this, the business offered a compromise by giving the customer half off the rental fee. Overall, this business is a good option for those looking to rent equipment, but they could improve by focusing on the quality and innovativeness of their services.
