The business has a convenient location, with extended working hours, making it accessible for customers to rent equipment and tools. However, the quality of the rentals has been a major concern for many customers, with some reporting equipment in unacceptable condition, such as dirty rollers with adhesive residue. The customer service has been a letdown for many, with employees being unhelpful and unapologetic when issues arise. Some customers have experienced long wait times, while others have been given incorrect information or faced difficulties when trying to return equipment.Despite the convenience of the location, the inconsistent quality of rentals and poor customer service have raised concerns. It's also worth noting that the business has had issues with renting equipment, such as penske trucks, with some customers experiencing problems with payments and collections. While some customers have had positive experiences, particularly with knowledgeable staff, the overall experience has been marred by these issues. To improve, the business should focus on ensuring the quality of its rentals and providing better customer service. One major issue that stands out is the lack of attention to detail when it comes to equipment quality and customer service. It's crucial that the business addresses these concerns to provide a better experience for its customers.
