I recently visited the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport, and my experience was quite mixed. On the one hand, the parking lot was very easy to navigate and had a wide range of payment options, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. The parking lot itself was also wheelchair accessible, which is a big plus. However, I have to say that the customer service was quite disappointing. In fact, one reviewer mentioned that they had a very negative experience with the staff at the airport, citing rude TSA agents and a confrontational attitude from the airline staff.Another issue that stood out was the lack of clear signage outside the airport, which can be a bit confusing, especially for visitors. One reviewer mentioned that the roads outside the entrance were a "construction mess," which can be frustrating. On the other hand, the parking lot was generally well-maintained and easy to use, with a wide range of parking spaces available. And, according to some reviewers, the airport is a much better option than the Tampa International Airport.Overall, while I would recommend the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport for its ease of parking and payment options, I would caution visitors to be prepared for some potential issues with customer service and signage. The airport's rating is 3.8 out of 5 stars, but I think a more accurate representation would be 4.1 out of 5 stars.
