I recently visited this business location, which is situated at Building 18960, N Dale Mabry Hwy Highway in Lutz City. The business seems to be operating under the name Renewal Support, offering services related to home and daily services, IT services, and computer support. They have wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, which is a great feature.
However, my experience was marred by the numerous unsolicited emails, texts, and phone calls I received from this company, even after multiple requests to stop. These messages were designed to look like official notifications from the federal government, which is misleading and pressure-tactic-like. The company also claims that renewing a SAM.gov registration is difficult, when in fact, it's a free and straightforward process. Their refusal to honor unsubscribe requests or stop contacting clients is unprofessional and harassing.
It's worth noting that there have been similar complaints from other clients, who have also experienced aggressive and deceptive tactics from this company. They have even been called scammers and spammers by some clients. If you're a nonprofit or small business, be aware that you don't need to pay anyone to renew your SAM.gov registration.
The only positive aspect of my experience was the business's wheelchair accessibility features, which were a welcome sight. However, the negative aspects of my experience far outweigh the positive, and I would caution others to be aware of this company's practices.
