This business location is a well-established real estate agency that has received overwhelmingly positive reviews from its clients. The location is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, making it convenient for people with disabilities. The agency has a strong online presence, with a website and social media profiles that provide valuable information to potential clients. The agency's realtors, particularly Renee Cofone, are highly experienced and dedicated to their clients' needs. They provide exceptional customer service, being responsive, professional, and knowledgeable about the local market. They take the time to understand their clients' wants and needs, making the home-buying or selling process smooth and stress-free.One of the standout features of this agency is its ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to complex problems. Renee Cofone, in particular, has a knack for finding unique properties that meet her clients' requirements. The agency's pricing is competitive, and they often provide excellent value to their clients. They have a strong network of professionals, including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and contractors, which ensures that the entire process is efficient and hassle-free.However, one potential issue that arises is the lack of transparency in the agency's commission structure. Some clients have reported feeling unsure about the fees associated with their transactions. It would be beneficial for the agency to provide clear and concise information about their commission rates and fees to build trust with their clients.Overall, this real estate agency is an excellent choice for anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the Tampa Bay area. Their commitment to exceptional customer service, innovative solutions, and competitive pricing makes them stand out from the competition. With a few tweaks to their commission structure, they can further enhance their reputation and build even stronger relationships with their clients.
