This spa location is a great spot for some much-needed relaxation. The ambiance is serene and inviting, making it perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff is friendly and attentive, but some of them could use more training in providing high-quality services. On the plus side, the prices are very reasonable, which is a big plus for customers on a budget. Unfortunately, the massage therapists seem to be working at their own pace, which can lead to inconsistent results. The spa is well-located, being situated in a quiet area of Kissimmee City. One issue stands out, however: the cleanliness of the facilities could be improved, especially in the massage rooms. Overall, this spa has a lot of potential, but it needs to focus on providing consistent quality services to its customers.
