This business location offers services to help individuals remove their mugshots from the internet. It is wheelchair accessible and has a long list of working hours, making it convenient for clients to reach out. However, there is a notable issue that has been highlighted by a client. They reported receiving multiple emails from the business, trying to sell them services to remove a mugshot. When the client asked to be removed from their email list, they received a sarcastic and unprofessional response from the owner. The owner also made comments about the client's charge being serious, which was seen as harassment. The business has since responded to this review, stating that they do not assist with removal of certain types of charges, and that the owner was simply trying to explain their policies. Despite this, the business's handling of the situation has left a negative impression on some clients. It is recommended to carefully read through the business's website and disclaimer before reaching out for services, as they have clear policies in place.
