This location, situated at Building 9015, White Sage Loop Street, Lakewood Ranch City, offers a variety of services including masonry work, floor refinishing, and construction services. Their working hours seem to be quite consistent, with a standard schedule from Monday to Friday and a slightly shorter schedule on Saturdays. One of the notable aspects of this location is its pricing, which seems to be very reasonable. However, this might not necessarily translate to excellent quality of work, as indicated by a lower quality score. In fact, there is an issue with the quality of work that is quite evident, where a client reported a horrible job done by the contractors, with multiple problems, including patching, stains removal, and cabinet base damage. This problem has not been mentioned in other reviews, so it seems like it might be an isolated incident.Despite this, the location seems to be working hard to innovate, with a score of 4.5 in this aspect. It's also worth noting that they have partnered with Rembrandt Restorations, which might indicate a level of expertise and professionalism. Overall, this location seems to be a decent choice for those looking for construction and flooring services, but quality might be a concern for some.
