The Reliable Medical location in Bradenton City offers a good overall experience. It's clear that the business prioritizes quality, as evident from the excellent ratings from clients. The wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance are notable features that cater to customers with mobility issues. However, it seems that the working hours could be more customer-friendly, especially on weekdays. The staff, including Brian and Tom, receive praise for their professional and helpful services. One client mentioned a minor issue with the chair's size, but overall, the business seems to deliver quality products and services. The relationship with Reliable Medical's sister company, Reliable Medical - Tampa, is a positive aspect of the business. The website is available, and the phone number is functional, making it easy for customers to get in touch. The business could consider expanding its working hours to accommodate more customers.
