The business has a decent overall score, reflecting a balance of pros and cons. The quality of services is average, with some issues reported, such as the lack of desk staff, unresponsiveness, and miscommunication. However, the pricing is generally favorable, with clients appreciating the convenience and affordability. The business shows some innovativeness, with modern facilities and a range of options for clients. The biggest concern is the inconsistency in customer service, with some staff members being helpful and others being unprofessional. A recent review highlighted issues with billing, which may be a cause for concern. On the other hand, many clients have had positive experiences, praising the staff's friendliness and the facility's amenities. Overall, the business seems to be striving for improvement, but it has room to address its customer service issues. A notable issue is the lack of desk staff, which can lead to difficulties for clients in need of assistance.
