The overall quality of this location seems to be mixed. On one hand, some customers have reported receiving excellent customer service from staff members such as Maria and Fitz, who have gone above and beyond to help them with their issues. However, other customers have had negative experiences, citing poor service and inadequate staff skills. Management has also been criticized for being incompetent and not doing a good job of training staff. The branch's physical accessibility features, such as wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, are a definite plus. Additionally, the availability of drive-through services is convenient for customers who prefer to bank from their cars. However, some customers have reported issues with the branch's hours of operation, specifically on Thursdays and Saturdays when the branch is closed. This may be inconvenient for customers who need to access banking services on these days. One major issue that has been consistently reported is the poor behavior of certain staff members, including Stacie, who has been described as the "worst teller" in the company. This has led to customers feeling disrespected and frustrated with their banking experience.
