This business has its strengths and weaknesses. One of its main advantages is its competitive pricing, which is a significant draw for customers. However, its quality of service and experience falls short, often leaving customers frustrated and disappointed. Some customers have reported receiving excellent service from specific representatives, which highlights the potential for inconsistency within the business. Despite this, the dealership has a reputation for being LGBTQ+ friendly and welcoming, which is a significant plus. It's worth noting that some customers have had extremely poor experiences, citing issues with communication, delays, and a lack of attention to detail. These incidents suggest that there may be underlying issues with the business's processes and management. While some customers have praised the dealership's innovativeness, others have reported feeling misled or taken advantage of. This mixed feedback suggests that the business may need to improve its transparency and honesty to better serve its customers.Overall, this business has the potential to be a top-notch dealership, but it requires significant improvements in its quality of service and experience.
