Located in Building 7935, 114th Ave Avenue, Suite 1000, in Largo City, Reftec is a reliable Home & Daily Service provider that offers a range of services, including Home Aircon Repair, HVAC contractor, and Air conditioning system supplier. The company's customer service is top-notch, with knowledgeable and professional representatives who are always available to assist with any questions or concerns. The staff, including Shawn and Amy, have been praised for their exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.Reftec's repair services are of high quality, with technicians who are skilled and efficient in their work. They offer onsite services, which allows for a more convenient and personalized experience for customers. Online estimates are also available, making it easier for customers to get a quote and plan their repair work. The company's pricing is reasonable and competitive, with customers praising the value they receive for the services provided. However, the lack of innovation in their services and offerings is a notable absence, which might be a drawback for some customers. One potential issue is the limited working hours, with the company only operating from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. This might not be suitable for customers who require urgent repairs or have non-traditional working hours.
