The location is well-maintained and offers a variety of services, including live bait, tackle, and equipment rentals. The staff is friendly and helpful, with many reviewers noting their expertise and willingness to assist with fishing needs. The store is also LGBTQ+ friendly and has a welcoming atmosphere. One reviewer noted that the staff is knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help customers find what they need. The location is also conveniently located near a boat ramp, making it easy for customers to get their bait and be on the water quickly. Some reviewers have noted that the size of the shrimp can be inconsistent, with some batches being smaller than others. However, the owners have explained that this is due to the natural variations in shrimp size and that they do their best to provide the best quality bait available. Despite this issue, the overall service and quality of the location seem to be high, with many reviewers giving it high praise. One reviewer noted that the owners are kind and welcoming, and have a military discount, which is a nice touch. The location is also clean and well-maintained, with a variety of amenities available, including a parking lot and in-store shopping. Overall, this location seems to be a great choice for anyone looking for a friendly and helpful bait shop with a wide range of services and products.
