I've had a great experience with this handyman service. The young man who came to help me was kind and quick, getting the job done in no time. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of work is top-notch. They're also very responsive, as I've seen from other reviews. The owner is proactive and reaches out to customers to schedule appointments, which is a great touch.However, there's one issue I've come across. I've seen a review from a customer who had a negative experience with Cody, one of the handymen. Apparently, he punctured holes in the customer's skirting while cutting the lawn and didn't respond to their attempts to contact him to make things right. This is completely unacceptable behavior and raises some red flags about the service's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.Despite this issue, I would still recommend this handyman service to others. They seem to have a good track record overall and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied. With a bit more attention to detail and customer service, they could be a truly excellent choice for anyone in need of handyman services.
