Based on the gathered information, this business location appears to be well-organized and professional. The staff is courteous and communicative, from the initial contact to the final completion of the project. Many clients have praised the team's punctuality, cleanliness, and attention to detail. The quality of work seems to be satisfactory, with most clients expressing their satisfaction with the finished results. However, a few clients have mentioned some minor issues, such as delayed communication and subpar workmanship. The pricing seems to be reasonable, with many clients noting that the cost was worth it for the quality of work and service they received. Some clients have even mentioned that they felt the prices were competitive compared to other roofing companies.Unfortunately, there is one major issue that has been mentioned by a few clients: dishonest business practices. One client reported that the company tried to sell them a more expensive package with non-existent features, and another client felt that the company was untrustworthy due to a dispute over warranty claims. It's worth noting that the company has responded to some of these negative reviews, apologizing and offering to make things right. However, these incidents have still had a significant impact on the overall reputation of the business.Overall, this business location seems to have its strengths and weaknesses. While they offer excellent customer service and quality work, they also have some issues with communication and honesty that need to be addressed.
