The working hours are from 09:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday.The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially David, the manager, who has been exceptional with facilitating everything and making the environment welcoming, relaxed, and enjoyable. The amenities include loading docks, pallet jacks, and forklifts, which have made shipping and receiving way easier for many businesses.The warehouse is clean and has amenities that small business owners could only dream of, all available at extremely competitive prices. However, there is one notable issue - the facility's handling of discrepancies in unit sizes. One customer experienced a significant difference between the advertised and actual square footage of their unit, and despite written evidence, the management was unresponsive and unsympathetic. The clients have expressed satisfaction with the flexible lease options and the community atmosphere. They also appreciate the 24-hour access and the fact that they can send or receive packages anytime of day without having to be present. The overall experience has been great, and many clients are extremely pleased with their decision to lease a unit at ReadySpaces. It is worth noting that some customers have experienced difficulties with scheduling appointments, and a few have been stood up or not contacted to reschedule.
