RAW Wheels + Tires is a large rent-to-own custom wheel and tire retailer with over 130 locations across 15 states. They are located at Building 832, E Memorial Blvd Boulevard, Lakeland City, and offer a wide range of services including tire sales, installation, and repair. The store is open Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Overall, the experience at RAW Wheels + Tires seems to be mostly positive. Customers praise the staff for being friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Many customers appreciate the convenience of the store's location and the wide selection of tires and wheels available. Some customers also mention that the prices are competitive and that they were able to find great deals.
However, there are some negative reviews that mention poor customer service, long wait times, and difficulty in getting help with specific issues. One customer mentioned that they were left with a flat tire and had to wait for hours to get it fixed. Another customer reported that they were not satisfied with the quality of the work done on their vehicle.
Despite these issues, the overall experience at RAW Wheels + Tires seems to be positive, with many customers praising the staff and the services offered. However, it's worth noting that some customers have reported issues with customer service and quality of work, which should be taken seriously.
The biggest issue with RAW Wheels + Tires seems to be the inconsistent quality of work and customer service. While some customers have reported great experiences, others have reported poor service and subpar work. This is a concern, as it may indicate a lack of attention to detail or a lack of training for staff members.
To improve, RAW Wheels + Tires could focus on providing consistent quality of work and customer service. This could involve providing additional training for staff members, improving communication with customers, and implementing quality control measures to ensure that all work is done to a high standard. By addressing these issues, RAW Wheels + Tires can build trust with their customers and establish themselves as a reliable and trustworthy destination for tire and wheel needs.
