This location is a mixed bag. While some customers rave about the excellent service and prices, others have had less-than-stellar experiences with incorrect tire sizes and unhelpful staff. The location's innovativeness is a strength, with a wide selection of custom wheels and tires. However, the inconsistent quality of service and pricing may deter some customers from visiting. Despite some negative reviews, the location seems to have a loyal customer base and is worth considering for those in the market for new wheels and tires. The lack of communication and transparency in some cases is a major issue, as seen in a review where a customer felt misled about the pricing and terms of a rental agreement. Overall, this location seems to be a good option for those looking for a wide selection and competitive pricing, but may require some extra effort and communication from customers to get the best experience. The staff's level of professionalism and customer service is a concern, as some customers have reported feeling disrespected and unvalued.
