The community has a mixed reputation among its residents. While some praise the location's amenities, such as its wheelchair accessibility, large clubhouse, and friendly staff, others have reported issues with the HOA and neighborhood dynamics. Some reviewers have mentioned feeling unwelcome or experiencing problems with the HOA's responsiveness. On the other hand, many residents appreciate the community's peaceful surroundings, well-maintained properties, and convenient location near West Tampa. The community's dog-friendliness is also a highlight. However, there is a notable concern about potential corruption and discriminatory behavior within the community, which may deter some potential residents. Overall, the community's quality and innovativeness are unclear due to mixed reviews.
