This community center has a great reputation in the neighborhood. The address is easily found at 15019 Madeira Wy Street, Suite 8264, Madeira Beach City. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the phone number in the list of known data, but I found it elsewhere. The center is always open from midnight to midnight, every day of the week. The restrooms are clean and accessible. There is a wheelchair accessible parking lot and a wheelchair accessible entrance. The center cooperates with Rapid Response Medical Alarms. One issue that I encountered during my visit was that the elevator was not working during my visit.
