I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the building. The location is easily accessible from Michigan Ave Avenue, and the parking lot is spacious. I also appreciated the wheelchair-accessible entrance, seating, and parking lot. The staff seemed friendly and welcoming, and the business identifies as women-owned and Latino-owned, which I think is great for diversity and representation. The fact that it's LGBTQ+ friendly and a transgender safe space is also a big plus. However, I did notice that the working hours could be more flexible, especially on Wednesdays when the office closes an hour earlier than the rest of the week. This is the only drawback I experienced during my visit. Overall, I would recommend this location for its quality services and commitment to inclusivity.
