The motel has its good and bad sides. First of all, it's easy to find and has a convenient location. The rooms are not bad, some people found them to be clean and well-maintained, while others found them to be old and not properly cleaned. There were some issues with the staff being rude and unhelpful. The motel has a Wi-Fi connection and free parking. However, some reviewers mentioned that the internet connection was slow and the parking was not well-maintained. The motel is part of the Ranch House Motel chain, which might indicate that it's a well-established business. On the other hand, the motel's condition and maintenance could be improved. The issue with cleanliness is a major concern, as some rooms were described as dirty and not updated. Despite the negative comments, some reviewers mentioned that the motel has a quiet atmosphere and is a good place for those who want a simple, no-frills stay. However, it's not worth the money, according to some reviewers. Overall, the motel seems to be a decent option for those who are looking for a cheap place to stay, but it's not a luxury hotel by any means.
