This business has a solid overall reputation, with a respectable score of 4.0 from third-party ratings. However, their quality of service is somewhat lacking, with a score of 3.8. The team at Rain Dance Sprinkler Systems, Inc. does offer competitive pricing, with a score of 4.8, making them a more affordable option for those in need of lawn sprinkler system contractor services.
The business's main issue is that it seems to specialize in servicing spas, not lawn sprinkler systems, despite its business name suggesting otherwise. This confusion can lead to wasted time for potential clients, as highlighted in a 1-star review from a customer who was incorrectly informed about the company's services. On the other hand, another customer praised the company's excellent service, much better prices compared to other contractors, and a significant reduction in chemical costs for their pool.
The business is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus. They are open six days a week, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays. It's worth noting that they are not open on Sundays.
