Raggamuffins Pet Grooming has received numerous rave reviews from satisfied clients, praising the exceptional care and attention to detail provided by Amanda, the owner. The business has a strong focus on pet comfort and safety, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes even the most anxious pets feel at ease. Many reviewers have noted that Amanda's passion for her work is evident in the quality of service she provides. The salon's commitment to providing a safe and inclusive space for all pets and their owners is also commendable. With features such as a free parking lot, NFC mobile payments, and a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, the business has clearly thought about the needs of its clients. The presence of a gender-neutral restroom and the fact that the business identifies as women-owned and LGBTQ+ friendly are also noteworthy. While there have been a few instances where clients have had negative experiences with Maria, a previous employee, it appears that Amanda has taken steps to address these issues and improve the care of pets at the salon. The owner has acknowledged the problems and has taken responsibility for ensuring that the business meets the highest standards of care. The salon's working hours may be limited, but it seems that they are committed to providing a high level of service during the hours they are open. Many reviewers have praised the convenient appointment times and the fact that Amanda is able to work with pets that have specific needs.Overall, Raggamuffins Pet Grooming appears to be a well-run and caring business that prioritizes the needs of its clients and their pets. While there may be some areas for improvement, the business's commitment to providing a safe and inclusive space for all is commendable. One area that may need attention is the limited working hours, which may make it difficult for some clients to schedule appointments. However, it seems that the business is making an effort to accommodate the needs of its clients, and the limited hours do not appear to be a significant issue.
