RAG Electric LLC is a reliable and skilled electrical service provider that has gained a reputation for its professionalism and excellent customer service. However, one negative experience shared by a client highlights a concerning issue with communication and follow-through. The client was left waiting for an appointment that was never scheduled due to a lack of information from the client's side, but the owner's response seemed dismissive and unapologetic, which may be a red flag for future clients. The company's strong points include its reasonable prices, as evidenced by client feedback, and its ability to provide excellent work and customer service. The owner's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is clear in the numerous positive reviews from satisfied clients. Additionally, the company's innovativeness and willingness to take on new projects, such as installing EV chargers, demonstrate its adaptability and expertise.Despite the negative experience, the majority of clients have reported excellent service, with many praising the company's professionalism, knowledge, and punctuality. The company's commitment to being LGBTQ+ friendly and transgender-safe is also noteworthy, making it a welcoming and inclusive space for all clients. Overall, while there may be some concerns with communication, RAG Electric LLC appears to be a reliable and skilled electrical service provider that is worth considering for your needs.
