The Rack Room Shoes store in Lakeland City offers a decent shopping experience. The location is wheelchair accessible, and the staff is generally helpful, as evident from many positive reviews. However, some customers have reported issues with staff rudeness and poor customer service, which is concerning. The store has a wide range of brand-name shoes for men, women, and kids, including accessories. Prices are reasonable, especially with their BOGO deals. One issue that needs improvement is the lack of adequate staffing during peak hours, leading to long lines and frustration for customers. Overall, while Rack Room Shoes is a decent option for shoe shopping, there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and staffing.
