The office space rental agency is located in a well-identified building on Fitzgerald Rd Road in Lakeland City. The working hours are quite limited, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 2 pm, which might not be very convenient for some businesses or individuals. Unfortunately, there was an issue with one of the properties, where the yard was not properly leveled and the sod was not laid correctly, causing difficulties for neighbors, particularly the elderly, to walk on it. The R. Nunez Homes staff seems to be quite professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the home buying experience easy and enjoyable. The quality of their work is excellent, and the attention to detail is impressive. Many customers have expressed satisfaction with the beautiful homes built by the company.
