This location has a busy and sometimes frustrating experience, as some visitors have mentioned. Although, most of the patients experienced friendly staff and efficient service. In general, the overall experience could be improved if there were more staff to handle a larger number of appointments, as many patients had to wait for extended periods of time.
Generally, the visit here is expected to be smooth. The staff here is usually very professional and welcoming. Once an appointment is made, most patients are taken back to the lab within a few minutes. Visitors appreciate the friendly and personal service of some technicians, which is a plus for this location.
Some people have found it difficult to make appointments without waiting. Despite the clinic being busy, some patients have had to wait for over an hour or even up to 3 hours. Some visitors felt frustrated because they had arrived on time but still had to wait a long time for their appointment to be processed.
Due to lack of parking and walk-in service, visitors sometimes have to wait outside or in their cars. At times, some technicians draw too much blood and not all the required tests were completed.
