The location is quite easily found thanks to online navigation and the Quest Diagnostics sign. This branch is inside a large medical complex and finding the entrance may require a bit of effort, but staff is professional, friendly and punctual. Overall experience of clients has been overwhelmingly positive, with some mentioning the quick turnaround and the ability to check-in online. Unfortunately, there are a few mentions of difficulties in navigating the building or signs not being clear about the entrance hours. One common issue in reviews is difficulty in finding the right door for entry as sometimes doors do not open until 8:00 am despite the Quest sign being on the front of the building. Furthermore, there have been some minor issues with regard to the lab personnel or accessibility. The negative comments were not indicative of the general experience, although.
