This location is a well-established business in the heart of Tampa City. It offers a wide range of products and services, from furniture to countertops. The store has a large selection of materials, including Quartz, which is highly appreciated by clients. James, the manager, is great at attending to clients' needs and providing excellent customer service.
The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, as seen in Brian's case, who took great care of clients in selecting and purchasing slabs. The store's working hours are convenient, allowing clients to visit at their preferred time. The location is also wheelchair accessible, making it easy for everyone to access the store.
The prices are competitive, and clients appreciate the quality of the materials they provide. While the store doesn't have any issues with customer service or product quality, one noticeable issue is the limited Saturday hours. On Saturdays, the store operates from 9am to 2pm, which might not be convenient for all clients who prefer to shop during this time. Despite this, the store's overall reputation is excellent, with a 5-star rating from clients. The team's attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality products make this store a go-to destination for many.
