Quality Roofing & Sheet Metal is a family-owned business with a strong reputation in Central Florida. They specialize in metal and shingle roofing and offer a wide range of services. The company is licensed and insured, which gives customers peace of mind. The business has a high overall score, indicating that customers are generally satisfied with their experience. However, there is one area that requires improvement, and that is communication with customers. While some customers have reported that the owner, Austin, was responsive and communicative, others have had issues with getting in touch with him.One major advantage of Quality Roofing & Sheet Metal is their competitive pricing. Customers have reported that they were able to get a fair price for their roofing services, which is a significant factor in their overall satisfaction. The company's quality of work is also a major strength. Customers have reported that the installation team was professional, efficient, and did a great job of cleaning up after the job was complete. However, there have been some issues with innovation and adaptability. While the company is known for its traditional metal and shingle roofing services, some customers have reported that they struggled to get the company to adapt to their specific needs.Overall, Quality Roofing & Sheet Metal is a solid choice for customers looking for reliable and affordable roofing services. However, they could benefit from improving their communication with customers and being more adaptable to changing needs.
