Quality Roofing is a well-established company with a strong reputation in the industry. Their services include roof repair, roof installation, and roofing maintenance. The company has a 4.3-star rating on third-party platforms, indicating a high level of customer satisfaction. The review section highlights a range of experiences, from excellent to poor. Some customers praise the company's professionalism, responsiveness, and quality workmanship. They appreciate the attention to detail and the fact that the company's representatives are knowledgeable and courteous. However, there are also some negative reviews. Some customers complain about the company's responsiveness, with one customer waiting for three months for a roof installation to be completed. Another customer was unhappy with the company's handling of a warranty issue. The company's pricing is generally considered to be reasonable, with some customers noting that the prices are comparable to those of other roofing companies. However, one customer was unhappy with the final cost of the project.Overall, Quality Roofing appears to be a solid choice for customers seeking roof repair or installation services. While there are some areas for improvement, the company's strengths in professionalism, quality, and pricing outweigh its weaknesses. One potential issue to watch out for is the company's responsiveness, as some customers have experienced delays in getting their issues addressed. It's also worth noting that the company may not be the best fit for customers who are looking for the lowest price, as some reviewers have noted that the prices can be higher than those of other companies. The company's innovativeness is also noteworthy, with some reviewers praising the company's use of technology, such as drones, to inspect and repair roofs.Ultimately, Quality Roofing is a solid choice for customers seeking roof repair or installation services. With a strong reputation and a commitment to quality workmanship, the company is well-positioned to meet the needs of customers in the Tampa area.
