The hotel has a decent overall rating, but there are some issues with the quality of the rooms and the service provided. The pricing seems to be reasonable, but it's not enough to make up for the other shortcomings. The hotel could benefit from being more innovative in its approach to providing a better experience for its guests. One issue that stands out is the inconsistent housekeeping and maintenance, with some guests reporting finding their rooms dirty and in need of repair. There have also been some concerns raised about the breakfast options and the lack of protein sources. Additionally, some guests have reported issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity and the air conditioning system. The hotel's location is convenient, but the exterior of the building could use some updating to give a better first impression. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it needs to address these issues to provide a better experience for its guests.
