The business is a travel and recreation company that specializes in boat and yacht tours, as well as fishing charters. It is located in St. Petersburg City and is easily accessible by car, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot available. The company's working hours are Monday to Sunday from 06:00 to 22:00. The company's overall rating is 4.5 out of 5. The quality of their services is also rated 4.5, indicating that customers are highly satisfied with the experience they receive. The pricing of their services is also competitive, with a rating of 4.8 out of 5, suggesting that customers feel that the cost is reasonable for the value they receive. However, the innovativeness of their services is somewhat lacking, with a rating of 4.5 out of 5, suggesting that while they offer some unique experiences, there may be opportunities for them to innovate and offer more cutting-edge services. One potential issue with the company is that they did not respond to a customer's multiple phone calls and voicemails before a trip, leading to a negative experience. However, this issue seems to be an isolated incident and the company generally has a strong reputation for providing excellent service.
