This pet grooming location at Building 10421, S County Rd 39 Street, Lithia City has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from clients. The team, led by Natalie, is known for being wonderful to talk to, professional, and caring. They take excellent care of dogs, even those with anxiety, and go above and beyond to make sure they are happy and healthy. The boutique is clean and well-kept, and the staff is attentive and nurturing. Prices are reasonable, and the flexibility of the scheduling system makes it a convenient option for pet owners. The team's responsiveness and reliability are also noteworthy, as they are able to accommodate last-minute appointments and are available on weekends. However, there have been some instances where the location was not open at scheduled times, which can be frustrating for clients. Despite this, the majority of feedback suggests that this pet grooming location is a top choice for dog owners in the area. The cleanliness and organization of the boutique are evident, making it a welcoming environment for both dogs and their owners. The staff's expertise in grooming different breeds, including goldendoodles, is also a significant plus. Overall, this pet grooming location is a great option for dog owners looking for quality service and a positive experience for their pets.
